We bring a complete professional studio to your office and photograph your entire team in a single, well-organized session. No one leaves the building, the workday keeps moving, and you end up with a polished, matching set of headshots ready for your website, LinkedIn, and company directory. Whether you have 5 employees or 50, we handle the details so you don't have to.
What We Do...

Getting 20+ people together is a challenge. We plan the schedule around what works for you.

Mismatched dress and looks. You set the dress code, and we help everyone follow it with a free phone or Teams consult, and / or printed prep guides delivered to your office.

New hires that don’t match. We record every technical detail of your shoot, so future headshots match exactly, at your office or our Scottsdale studio. It’s one less onboarding task.

“I hate having my picture taken.” We keep it fun and relaxed and never rush anyone. If someone needs extra time, we’ll invite them to the studio.

Limited options. We take five well-crafted poses per person, with a range of expressions.

Each edited image will be processed with four different crop factors. Think proper formatting for all print and social media needs.

Editing worries. All retouching is included, from light to extensive, and special requests are welcome.

Delivery headaches. Photos arrive in 5–7 business days on a USB drive, delivered to your office, in folders labeled with each person’s name. No cryptic codes and no failed downloads.

Who owns the photos? You do. They’re copyright free for any use, and documentation is provided.

Surprise costs. Pricing is transparent, with no added charges, ever.
What we need from you: an indoor space of about 14×14 feet with roughly 8' plus-foot ceilings, away from windows, plus one outlet. Setup and test shots take about an hour. We prefer to set up the evening before so nothing goes wrong on the day.

Q. How much space do you need?
A. About a 14×14 foot area, such as a conference room, empty office, or quiet corner. An outlet nearby is helpful.
Q. How long does each person take?
A. About 5 to 10 minutes. Some will be faster and some slower. The point is we will not rush your people and we will get the job done.
Q. Do you travel outside Scottsdale?
A. Yes, we regularly photograph teams in Phoenix, Tempe, Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert, and across the Valley.
Q. What should my team wear?
A. Solid colors work best but it's a good idea to visit our preparations page for more guidance. We can also provide a free phone consult with individuals and we can also do a teams / Zoom call if prefered.
Q. Can we add new hires later?
A. Yes, we record your lighting and background setup so future headshots match your original set, in-studio or on-site.
Q. How soon will we get the photos?
A. Final retouched Headshots are delivered within 5 to 7 business days.
Q. How do we receive the images?
A. To avoid any problems with electronic transfers, common with larger files, these will be delivered in a well- organized USB card.
Q. Who owns the photos?
A. You / your company receives full and a unrestricted copyright for websites, LinkedIn, marketing, press, and internal use. Supplied in writing.
Q. What if someone is absent on shoot day?
A. They can book a quick make-up session at our Scottsdale studio, matched to the team's look and style with the same pricing.
Q. A tem Member doesnt like their photo. Now what?
A. No worries, we can do a re-shoot at the studio and do the editing on-the-spot with the client. While it's very rare it solves a problem. Again, it's a rare occurence.
